All KULA gift boxes are handmade in small batches at our professional bakery in Zurich-Wollishofen. We use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, and every order is freshly baked and carefully packed with exceptional attention to detail.

Thanks to our professional bakery, we can produce orders of almost any size. For larger orders (approximately 50 gift boxes or more), we recommend allowing at least 7 days' notice so we can prepare your project and ensure everything is delivered to the highest standard.

As every project is unique, timelines depend on the level of customisation. As a guide:

• Personalised greeting cards: approximately 1 week
• Custom sleeves: approximately 4 weeks
• Fully branded gift boxes: approximately 6 weeks

Yes. We currently offer delicious vegan brownies, and we're continuously expanding our range. If you have specific dietary requirements, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss the best solution for your event or business.

Our brownies stay fresh for at least one week from the day they arrive. If you'd like to enjoy them later, they can also be frozen without any problem.

We deliver throughout Switzerland. Most orders are shipped directly to recipients via Swiss Post. For larger projects or special requirements, we're happy to help find the best delivery solution for your business.

Yes. We can either deliver your gift boxes to a single company location or send them directly to individual employees, clients, partners or event guests anywhere in Switzerland.

• Custom sleeves: Typically 100 units

No. That's one of the biggest advantages of our approach.

If, for example, you order 100 custom sleeves or 500 branded gift boxes, you don't have to use them all at once. We'll happily store your personalised packaging for you and use it for future orders – whether you're sending a single gift box or placing a larger order at a later date.

This allows you to benefit from the lower production costs of larger print runs without having to use everything at once.
